A pre-order is an item that is made to order, meaning we do not have the physical product in stock.

Ordering: Our pre-orders are only available for purchase for a limited time so we can place the order with our pocket shirt makers in a timely manner. If you miss out on placing an order for an item before we took the listing down reach out to us! We can add you to the wishlist.

Shipping Dates: Most pre-orders ship within 2-6 weeks from order date. You can always refer to the item description for estimated shipping date when the listing is still live. See below for the estimated shipping dates for the pre-orders that are currently processing.

All non pre-order products ordered with a pre-order item have been held aside for you and will ship with your pre-order shipment (as mentioned in the pre-order item’s description.)

When your pre-order ships you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking link.

If you have no way of paying online by card, reach out to our CUSTOMER SUPPORT or find us at an event & pop-up shop where you can pay cash. Make sure you are subscribed to our email list or follow us on social media to get updates with our physical pop-ups.

Fast fashion brands are focused on mass production, high profit margin and most likely to treat workers like slaves under hard conditions with down to $0 wages.

If you think you received an incorrect or defective product contact us right away and we will assist you. We accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for return within 22 days of reception. Contact our CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

If the item you have received does not fit, let our CUSTOMER SUPPORT know within 22 days of reception. Do not wash, dry or wear the shirt more than once if you realized that the size does not fit.

Orders can only be returned if it is in brand new condition or if it arrived damaged with proof of picture.

Shirt Sizes: Our men’s 100% certified organic cotton t-shirts fit true to size, but can shrink up to a half size if dried in the dryer.
