Return Policy

Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 22 days. If 22 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. (Refund Policy may be extended to 30 days after most American Holidays)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 22 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 22 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 22 days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please reach out to us first via our contact form.

  • Returns must be made by mail only.
  • A free downloadable and printable return label will be provided.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.

Depending on where you live, the time for your returned product to reach us may vary.
